Mountaineering services offered: I run a UK company called Marmot Tours LTD. We organise and lead a full range of small group weeklong activity holidays in the French Pyrenees. All our trips are open to individuals, couples or groups of friends. All our Holidays are about having a fun and safe experience in stunning Pyrenean landscape.

Snowshoeing in the Pyrenees
Spring flowers and autumn colours of the Pyrenees
Peak bagging in the Pyrenees
Hutting in the Pyrenees
UK Mountain Experience:
I have enjoyed walking independently in most the mountain ranges in the UK, however I prefer the more stable climate of the other European ranges!
European Mountain Experience:
I have had a lot of great opportunities to lead groups into some of the most spectacular corners of the European mountains. My best experiences have been in the Transylvanian Alps, the Dolomites, the Grand Paradiso national park and the Pico. However in my mind the Pyrenees is still Europe’s lesser-explored paradise.
World-wide Mountaineering Experience:
I have taken groups on supported treks to the Himalayas, the Andes and the Atlas. I climbed Huascaran 6800m in Peru with some friends in 2003.
