UK Mountain Experience: Over 35 years of summer and winter hillwalking in the UK, particularly Scotland and North Wales. Two complete rounds of the Munros and all the 2000ft peaks in the Snowdonia National Park climbed. Detailed knowledge and experience of the Brecon Beacons and Lake District.
European Mountain Experience: Many summers' experience of Alpine hillwalking in France, Bavaria and Switzerland. Particularly familiar with Chamonix, Grindelwald and Zermatt areas. Expedition leader to Costa Blanca, Spain. Summer walking/winter snowshoeing in the Ecrins, French Alps.
