BAIML supports accessibility standards for its website, and tries to meet the expectations of all those who visit us.
However, the website software that we use is not easily configurable and we are making changes as we can. BAIML's website is built from dynamically generated pages assembled from templates that provide common layout and navigation features, and the content is provided automatically from a database as part of a content management system. We are currently working on these templates to ensure that as best we can, we meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) which explain how to make Web content accessible to people with disabilities. Web "content" generally refers to the information in a Web page or Web application, including text, images, forms, sounds, and such.
If you are having problems with the website, please visit the BBC's 'My Web My Way' page at http://www.bbc.co.uk/accessibility/index.shtml where there are a lot of useful tips for changing the settings of your computer and your web browser that may make your web browsing experience more pleasurable.
