Problems logging in (AOL users) or you log-in and are then blocked |

|
There are two possible causes for this.
1. Your web browser is blocking the cookie that the server needs to validate your entry as a registered member.
Your security may be set too tight and the browser is not allowing the cookie that it needs to check that you are a valid user. This may be the problem.
Microsoft Internet Explorer Users
Open your web browser, and then on the navigation bar (top) choose:
Internet Options > Security > Trusted sites
Untick the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone
click > Add this Website to the zone: http://www.baiml.org
click > Add
You should see the website in the Websites Box.
click > OK
Now go to Privacy
click > Address of Web site
Add > http://www.baiml.org
click > Allow
click > OK
Try again!!
2. You are an AOL User
The AOL web browser causes many problems due to the way it is set up. There is no control over this except to either install the full Microsoft browser, or use Firefox (better). Try to change the security settings as above to see if this helps. Some AOL users have found that ticking the 'Remember Me' box when you log-in seems to help.
To download FireFox go to http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
