Copyright Notice The British Association of International Mountain Leaders (BAIML) Logo “the BAIML Logo” and the Union of International Mountain Leaders (UIMLA) Logo “the UIMLA Logo” are not copyright free. It is important to maintain the identity of both Logos and their value as a brand identity for qualified International Mountain Leaders (IMLs) who are members of BAIML.
BAIML retains the copyright of the BAIML badges (both cloth printed and metal),and the BAIML Logo, both colour and black and white versions. The BAIML badges and Logos may only be used in accordance with these rules. BAIML also controls the use of the UIMLA Logo when used by BAIML members, and the rules described here apply to the UIMLA Logo, except where specifically stated differently.
